These Terms & Conditions govern the use of GDK Branding’s website, services, and package requests. By using this website, submitting a request, or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms below.
General
GDK Branding provides branding-related creative services, including but not limited to logo design, visual identity development, brand style guides, and related brand presentation materials.
By accessing this website, submitting a request form, or purchasing a service, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Services
All services are provided according to the package selected by the client or based on a custom agreement discussed and confirmed in writing.
The scope of each service depends on the selected package, project requirements, and any additional services agreed upon before work begins.
GDK Branding reserves the right to refuse a project request if the requested work falls outside the offered scope or is not a suitable fit.
Package Requests
Submitting a request form through the website does not automatically create a binding agreement.
A project is considered confirmed only after the request has been reviewed, the scope has been accepted, payment has been received in full, and GDK Branding has sufficient information to begin the work.
If the submitted request does not include enough information, GDK Branding may request clarification or additional details before the project begins.
Payments
All prices are listed in the applicable currency stated on the website or in direct communication.
Payment is required in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No work is guaranteed to begin until full payment has been received and the required project information has been provided.
GDK Branding reserves the right to pause, delay, or withhold delivery if payment is incomplete, overdue, or disputed.
Revisions
Revision rounds are included according to the selected package unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Basic packages include 1 revision round.
Standard packages include 3 revision rounds.
Premium packages include 5 to 6 revision rounds, depending on the agreed project scope.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be offered at GDK Branding’s discretion. If extra revision work is approved, an additional charge may be required before further revisions are completed.
Revision requests must remain within the original agreed project scope. Requests that significantly change the direction, concept, deliverables, or scope of the project may be treated as additional work and may require an updated quote, additional payment, and a revised timeline.
Timelines
Estimated timelines may vary depending on the project scope, communication speed, revision requests, and overall workload.
Any delivery timeline provided by GDK Branding is an estimate unless specifically confirmed otherwise in writing.
Delays caused by missing client information, delayed responses, slow approvals, or scope changes may affect the final delivery schedule.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely communication, and any materials reasonably necessary for the completion of the project.
This may include brand references, written content, visual preferences, business details, and feedback during the project process.
GDK Branding is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, missing materials, or delayed responses from the client.
Communication
Project-related communication should be conducted through email or other approved contact channels provided by GDK Branding.
Important approvals, scope confirmations, payment-related discussions, and project changes should be made in writing to avoid misunderstandings.
GDK Branding aims to respond within 5 business days, although responses may often be provided sooner.
Refunds
Due to the custom and digital nature of branding services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If work has not started, a partial refund may be approved at GDK Branding’s discretion, less any applicable payment processing, transaction, platform, or service fees.
No refund is guaranteed for completed work, partially completed work, or work delayed due to client inaction.
Client Delays, Paused Projects, and Inactive Projects
If the client fails to provide required information, feedback, approvals, or responses for 14 consecutive days, GDK Branding may pause or close the project at its discretion.
If a project is paused or closed due to client inactivity, payments already made may be retained.
If a project is paused or closed due to client inactivity, the original estimated timeline is no longer guaranteed.
Deliverables and File Delivery
The client will receive the final agreed deliverables once the project is completed and all applicable payment obligations have been satisfied.
Editable or source files are included only if expressly stated in the selected package or otherwise agreed in writing.
GDK Branding may, at its discretion, provide additional file types or editable files beyond the agreed scope, but is not obligated to do so unless confirmed in writing.
Intellectual Property
All concepts, drafts, unused designs, and preliminary materials remain the property of GDK Branding unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights to the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise stated in writing.
GDK Branding retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project completion.
Website Use
All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, visuals, layout elements, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to GDK Branding and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
Unauthorized use of this website or its content may result in legal action where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
GDK Branding will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from the use of this website, the use of its services, or the inability to use the delivered materials.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before using them in business, print, digital publication, or public-facing materials.
Changes to These Terms
GDK Branding reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on the website will apply to future use of the website and future project requests.
